Our Mission
Pastoral and Theological Training
We train pastors in the essential foundations for ministry. Using a ‘Head, Heart, Hands’ model, we provide training in doctrine, character, and pastoral skills. This holistic approach best positions them for the arduous work of pastoring in a healthy way.
Training the Trainers
Our vision is to train up trainers from the indigenous pastors who speak the language and know the customs and cultures. This will mean that the ministry will continue beyond our presence in that region as these trainers carry the torch (2 Tim 2:2)
Online Video Training
We create resources to share with these pastors to supplement our in-person trainings. These are based on the specific needs of the group/culture that we are working with.
1-1 Coaching
We will selectively agree to coach/disciple pastors 1 on 1 to address specific issues of growth and leadership.
